Physical Products
We want you to love your purchase. If you receive a physical item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement. Please read the details below for specific situations.
Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a refund or replacement.
- Manufacturing Defects: If your item has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide a refund or replacement.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, contact us and we will arrange for a refund or replacement.
Refunds Not Offered For
- Ordering the wrong size or color.
- Minor color differences from on-screen images.
- Change of mind or no reason given.
Monthly Subscription
Due to costs incurred with phone number, text message, and AI processing, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not offer refunds or credits for any partial months or unused services.
